Looks like we're all either struggling to fit training in in the lead up to Christmas, or have decided to put the cue in the rack until the new year.
I get it. I've been struggling to get any training in the last couple of weeks and the next two weeks will be almost impossible either.
I'll keep posting sessions (though I'll do a week bulk upload just after Christmas before I take the kids camping). If you can and want to get a session or two done, just choose the ones you feel like.
If not, we'll all get back in to it strongly the new year.
My new years goal is to set a new 5k PB which, from memory, sits at 18:43.
