I have been thinking about doing some of Zerg’s workouts on a skierg. As you may know the skierg is a great complement to the erg since it focuses on closing at the hip rather than opening at the hip. This is helpful in balancing the muscles of the anterior and posterior chain. Problem is I don’t know how to match the stroke rates between an erg and a skierg. For example what is the equivalent of 20 spm on a skierg? Zerg would you be ok if members posted skierg results?
