Hi all. Some of you may have seen my posts on the training sessions. I was wondering, do any of you do additional strength and conditioning sessions and if so, what and when?
I try and add in some weight -training after a Race session, short but intense. I do back squats with bars, do weighted hip thrusters, use a prowler ( that's like an American football sledge you push across a track), use Bootie bands, pull-ups and triceps dips. I do core work, like renegade rows while planking etc. But I'm just not sure if any of it actually helps. So, what's your thoughts on any of this. Appreciate some advice.
